  2. Self pick up from our studio in Southdowns Estate, Irene Pretoria
  3. Door to door via Fastway couriers

We will supply you with a tracking number.

You will receive a confirmation email from us once your parcel is shipped.

Please note that we make use of an outside courier service and cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries.

Returns

14-Day Money Back Return Policy

jo bangles jewellery offers only the highest quality goods. If you do not love your purchase, you can return your jewellery item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 days of your purchase for a refund. If you ordered and paid for your order through our payment portal, Payfast, the transaction commission charged by Payfast, will also be deducted from your refund. Postage will be at your own cost. (Both outgoing and incoming postage)

Damaged goods:

Customer is responsible of notifying  jo bangles jewellery of any damage within 4 days of receipt of goods. If goods are damaged please take a photo and send to info@jobangles.co.za with short description of the problem and after verifying  jo bangles jewellery will refund the full purchase price plus postage cost. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of mailing the return package via Postnet to Postnet service. Please send to Postnet, Southdowns, Irene.
